Brief
The project involved creating a new logo and brand identity for a joinery business located in a nearby village. The aim was to apply this new design to various printed marketing materials, such as customised business cards and invoices. The primary objective of this project was to update the joinery business's visual identity and enhance its professional image both locally and beyond.
Objectives
The main goal of the project was to update the logo and visual identity while seamlessly integrating traditional craftsmanship elements with modern aesthetics. This was done to represent the perfect union of heritage and innovation. Additionally, a carefully curated colour palette was chosen to highlight this duality further, capturing the warmth of woodwork and the sleekness of contemporary design, resulting in a visually pleasing experience.
One of the biggest challenges encountered during this project was the limited budget provided by the client and the tight deadline. Working with limited financial resources meant finding cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and professionalism. Striking the right balance between creativity and affordability was crucial. The tight timeline added complexity, requiring efficient project management and quick decision-making to ensure the brand and related materials were completed on time and ready for use.
